Field training committee

Members:

Tasks:

1. Planning and supervising training.
2. Register students and ensure that they meet the training requirements.
3. Selection of the field supervisor and the selection of places for field experience
4. Develop a plan for follow-up visits and support from the faculty members to the training sites.
5. Submitting recommendations to the responsible authorities for the development of the training system.
6. Holding workshops for students wishing to train and workshops for representatives of training authorities.

Scholarship Committee

Tasks:

• Complete archiving of all scholarship students' files, both paper and electronic.
• Preparing and reporting the data and status of scholarship students for those with specialization.
• Assistance in obtaining acceptance letters for scholarships to study in internationally ranked universities.
• Follow-up of everything related to scholarships and scholarships, such as: monitoring the number of scholarships currently on scholarships, the number of those who will be sent in the near future, the status of current scholarships, receiving and studying scholarship applications and submitting them to the department and college councils, directing returnees from scholarships, and helping them prepare everything they need.

Community Service and Development Committee

Tasks: 

• Developing a sense of community and motivation to contribute to community service.
• Strengthening the links between the college and members of the community and its institutions, and providing training through the various departments of the college.
• Providing useful scientific services and consultations to various groups of society, raising the level of scientific and technical qualification, and developing the general experience and culture of community members.
• Study and suggest general policies for organizing community and environmental conferences and scientific seminars that serve the surrounding community.
• The unit seeks, in cooperation with the Deanship of Community Service, to provide a package of courses and workshops in the health field to meet the needs of the community.
• Identifying the most important community issues and problems, as well as the services that the college’s programs can meet.
• Coordination between the college programs in providing the various services needed by the community.

• Measuring the satisfaction of community parties with the provided community services.
• Holding periodic meetings with the beneficiaries of the college services.

• Preparing for the student forum and exhibition.
• Acquainting students with the themes and objectives of the student forum and exhibition.
• Establish mechanisms to encourage students to participate.
• Collecting different student posts in the college.
• Ensure that the terms and conditions of the forum apply to the submitted works.
• Supervising and arranging the entries by the scientific departments.
• Uploading of the posts to the University Student Forum and Exhibition Committee.
