Provide a high-quality guidance service to students in order to help them understand college systems and academic programs, develop their academic and personal abilities, develop their different skills, and overcome all their problems through individual and group counseling.

• Goals :
- Instruct students, guide them and help them overcome the obstacles that they encounter in their studies.
- Provide the necessary support for students during their academic career in order to achieve the flow of the study plan, and to complete the requirements within the specified time period.
- Follow up the progress reports of students during their studies and evaluation.
- Pursuing outstanding students, trying to improve their level, and pursuing gifted students.
- Helping students with learning difficulties they are facing.
- Tighten the link between the students and the college through the students' communication with the academic advisor, listening to their complaints, and working to solve them.
