Vision, Mission and Objectives of Department
Vision:
Excellence in achieving outstanding outputs in Mathematics and its applications and to contribute to the enrichment of the knowledge society.
Mission:
Providing distinguished programs to produce qualified cadres in Mathematics and its applications in order to meet the Kingdom's developmental and community needs and to enrich the mathematical knowledge through the scientific research, writing and translation, and optimal employment of technology.
Objectives:
- Preparing qualified cadres to contribute to the comprehensive development in the various sectors of the Kingdom.
- Encouraging and developing scientific research and participation in specialized scientific conferences that serve the community.
- Recruitment of talented graduates in Mathematics to enable them to work as assistants and research assistants, and prepare them to be faculty members in the future.
- Providing service courses for the programs of the college and other colleges at Jouf University.
- Authoring specialized references in the field of Mathematics and translation of valuable international books into Arabic.
- Provision of seminars, workshops, training programs, and consultations in Mathematics to different institutions.
