To make the university library a leading entity in the provision of digital information services in high quality to enable the university to provide education and scientific production excellence, and to expand the information services provided to become wider locally and internationally, through the adoption of community partnerships, and design university libraries to become as a repository of knowledge that meets the different needs for Research community.

• Provide scientific information sources for educational purposes and research that serve the mission of the university, with different types of the information sources, Also to organize and maintain such of information sources, accordance with specific standards.

• Working according to international quality standards for libraries to develop university libraries and their information resources.

• Supporting scientific research through providing sources of scientific and humanitarian information for educational, research and other purposes for library users.

• Always strive towards activating the scientific, training and economic exchange.

• agreements and exchanging the various information vessels between the university libraries and other libraries and local and regional research centers.

• Raise the professional level through continuous training and develop the competencies of the staff of libraries in various branches and fields of library science and information.

• Transform the Jouf University Libraries environment into an easy and efficient digital environment.
