The twelfth council of the College of Science and Arts in Qurayyat

The College of Arts and Sciences in Qurayyat held its twelfth session on Thursday 8/24/1444 at twelve o'clock in the afternoon under the chairmanship of the Acting Dean of the College, Dr. Radhi bin Nasser Al-Ruwaili, the membership of the college vice dean and heads of departments. The Chairman of the Council began the session by praising Allah may prayers and peace be upon His Messenger, welcoming the members of the Council. Then the council discussed the topics on the agenda. It included a discussion of some academic topics for some faculty members, which varied between discussing a memorandum from the Department of Computer Science to extend a scholarship to study a doctorate at the University of Technology in Sydney.

As well as discussing participation in the National Week for Giftedness and Creativity for talented students from the Qurayyat Education Department for the third semester 1444 AH in cooperation with the College of Science and Arts in Qurayyat in the scientific departments (Education, Psychology and Early Childhood). * Discussion of the postgraduate studies and scientific research unit memorandum for the candidates for the best researcher award and the best scientific department in the College of Science and Arts in Qurayyat for the Al-Jouf University Award for Excellence in Scientific Research. *The council also reviewed the academic affairs memorandum on excuse tests, re-correction, additional opportunities, re-enrolment, and re-registration for male and female students.
