The Royal Decree approved the establishment of the College of Sciences and Arts in the Qurayyat Governorate affiliated to Al-Jouf University at the beginning of the academic year 1430/1431 AH. When the college was established, it included only two departments: the Department of Islamic Studies and the Department of Arabic Language, and after that nine other departments were added, bringing the total to 11 departments.

 According to the cumulative average (11 hours if the average is from 1 to 1.99; 13 hours if the average is from 2 to 3.74; and 15 hours if the average is from 3.75 to 5)

Through the student's electronic portal, after studying the courses that can be added according to the study plan with the academic advisor

5- What do I do if I cannot add courses that I want to study according to the plan? >> click here <<

 A request to add a course is submitted from the electronic portal, and it is studied and added to the course through the Academic Advising Unit of the College

6- When will I be denied entry to the final exam? >> click here <<

If the absence rate exceeds 25% without excuse of the total contact hours for lectures

7- Why was the ban not removed from taking the final exam even though I provided an excuse? >> click here <<

The deprivation is lifted on two conditions, that the excuse is acceptable in accordance with the controls, and that the percentage of absence from lectures does not exceed 50% of the communication hours.

8- Is it possible to take an alternative exam for not attending the final exam? >> click here <<

Yes, if you have a compelling excuse, submit an alternative test request within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of the test

9- Is it possible to apologize for the semester? And how is that done ? >> click here <<

Yes; By submitting an application through the online portal, provided that at least two weeks before the final exams, and a maximum of five times, apologies during the stay at the university.

10- Is it possible to withdraw from a course? And how is that done ? >> click here <<

Yes; Submitting an application through the online portal, provided that at least two weeks before the final exams; A maximum of two courses per semester.

11- Is there a chance for me to re-enroll after being dismissed academically? >> click here <<

Yes, by submitting an application through the electronic portal during the regular period, after which the extent of its acceptance is studied according to the controls

12- How many hours are available to me as a graduate? >> click here <<

The teaching load for a student expected to graduate is 18 hours, regardless of his average

13- Can I study a bachelor's degree in another major after graduation? >> click here <<

Yes, it is possible, according to the admission controls approved by the University Council

14- Is it possible to transfer to another college or department? >> click here <<

Yes, it is possible to transfer by submitting an application on the electronic portal, after which it is studied according to the transfer controls approved by the University Council
