The thirteenth council of the College of Science and Arts in Qurayyat

The College of Science and Arts in Qurayyat held its thirteenth session on Wednesday 8/30/1444 at eleven in the morning, headed by the Acting Dean of the College, Dr. Radhi bin Nasser Al-Ruwaili, the membership of the college vice dean and heads of departments. The Chairman of the Council began the session by praising Allah may prayers and peace be upon His Messenger, welcoming the members of the Council and congratulating them on the blessed month of Ramadan.

Then the council discussed the topics on the agenda. It included a discussion of some academic topics for some faculty members, which varied between the notes of the Department of Chemistry for the disbursement of a reward for excellence in scientific publication for the year 1444 AH, and another for attending an international conference for a member of the Department of Chemistry. And the notes of the Department of Mathematics, one to promote his scholarship to study a doctorate for one of its members, and the other to pay a reward for excellence in scientific publishing for the year 1444 AH. As well as the two memorandums of the English Language Department, one to extend the scholarship of one of its members and the other to promote one of its members from the rank of teaching assistant to the rank of lecturer. As well as discussing the memorandum of the Department of Physics regarding the possibility of publishing a book on behalf of Al-Jouf University to teach practical physics experiments for the general physics course for the first year of the university.
