Aljouf prince gave direction for establishing a new chair for the sustainable development under the name of his late father Prince Nawaf bin Abdul-Aziz

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Nawaf directed the establishment of scientific research chair for the sustainable development under the name of his Late Father Prince Nawaf Bin Abdul-Aziz all over Jouf region

This was declared by Prof Ismail Albishry Rector of Jouf University during the graduation ceremony of the 13th group of graduates

Professor Albishry said that this kind of sponsorship is a completion of the support always been given by his late Highness Prince Nawaf Bin Abdul-Aziz for the scientific research and studies, which is the basic pillar of all successful governmental plans.

This symposium chairs will help to spread the culture of sustainable development and supporting related researches all over Jouf society as it depends on religious, social, cultural and economic sides in parallel with the kingdom vision 2030

University rector clarified that one of the general objectives of the symposium chair is helping society members creating a competing atmosphere for new investment chances, in addition to creating fruitful chances for everybody, whether they are enterprise or entrepreneurs or organization through connecting educational output with the real need of the labour market.

Prof. Albishry added that they will emphasise on the environmental support researches, planetary cover, and nature protection, it will also care about the replacement energy research support and climatic change challenges along with the health care, innovative education, social turning and changes, sustainable development and volunteering work and medium-size to small entrepreneurs along Jouf region, and researches of sustainable development coping with the 2030 vision.

Finally in the name of all university staff and students and all Jouf inhabitants Prof Albishry presented the sincere thanks and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Nawaf the prince of Jouf region for this generous initiation which assure his royal support for scientific research and using it for developing of the university and the region, ensuring that the university will do whatever it takes to activate this initiation and it’ related plans to achieve its goals
