The Department of Physics organizes scientific day activities on future physics.

 The Department of Physics at the college organized scientific day activities entitled: "future physics" The scientific day began with a speech by the head of the department, Dr. Majid Al-Harbi, where he welcomed the Acting Dean of the College, Dr. Radhi Al-Ruwaili, faculty members and students, then continued his talk about future physics and its importance, then began presenting the topics of the scientific day:

1- Dr. Muhammad Jaber Mustafa giving a lecture on: "artificial sun" In which he dealt with the use of nuclear fusion technology to obtain clean energy by converting hydrogen into effective green energy, and this technology could save the planet from the climate change crisis 2- Then Dr. Muhammad Omar Lecture on: "Nano-materials and their various applications" And eat in it: The use of nanomaterials in the purification of materials and agricultural production as a result of facing the upcoming challenges of scarce water resources and scarcity of food with the rapid increase in the world's population. The latest nanoscience techniques used in water purification and increasing agricultural production have been highlighted. 3- In the end, Dr. Iman Mahmoud Abdullah gave a lecture on:

"Biophysics and its various applications" During which I dealt with biophysics as the physical study of life at all levels, from the atom to the cosmic environment as a whole. And that the branches of biophysics can be divided into different types according to the relative size of the living matter and according to the research method. Biophysics has contributed to many applications such as describing the process of DNA replication, design and cultivation. The lectures received acceptance and interaction from the attendees, and the scientific day witnessed interventions from the Dean of the College, Dr. Radhi Al-Ruwaili, and a number of attendees, and the lecturers answered all inquiries and questions in an adequate manner.
