Presentation of a poster provides an opportunity for effective one-to-one communication.

For attendees who are only interested in poster presentation, an abstract with at least 200 words is required. Please submit your abstract(s) through EasyChair via (Abstract for Poster Submission) and mark "abstract for (poster) presentation" in the Keywords form at the submission system.

Abstracts should be submitted in .PDF format according to the template below:

Abstract Template

Each Abstract should be written in English and strictly within 1 page in length, at least contains 200 words.

• The submitted abstracts will not be published in any journals.
• Acceptance or rejection will be notified within two weeks via e-mail icntree@ju.edu.sa
• Accepted abstracts will be included in abstract proceedings and will be used for communication purpose only and will not be published openly in any proceedings or journals. Improved full length paper based on the abstract could be submitted elsewhere for further publication.
• Posters are limited to graduate students, not to the PhD holders. However, there may exceptions in some cases based on the technical committee decision.    

Poster Instructions

After accepting your abstract, you shall work on your poster.

• The recommended poster size is 150cm (height) ×50cm (width).
• Poster should be sent to icntree@ju.edu.sa email’s title (presenter’s name-abstract number) in .pptx and .pdf formats according to the template below:

• To ensure visual effectiveness of your poster, use large lettering and a minimum of text.
• Please print the poster by yourself and bring it to the conference.
• Put your poster up at least 1 hour prior to the start of the poster session.
• All presenters are responsible for removing their posters after presentation time. The Secretariat takes no responsibility for posters after that.
