strengthening  the link  between the college and its graduates providing them with the possible services and assistance in order to build a sustainable  partnership for the well- being of the college, the graduates and the community at large.

Objectives

1. Developing the graduates skills in a way that meets the needs of the labor market
2. Providing a database of the institutions and centers that may recruit the college graduates
3. Evaluating the academic standards of the graduates after joining the labor market and assessing the government and private institutions satisfaction with the quality of the university programs
4. Providing a database of the graduates and their different fields of specialty
5. Getting feedback about the outstanding graduates and their performance in order to support the new graduates, evaluating the college programs and the labor market needs
6. Contacting the private sector to secure job opportunities for the college graduates
7. Providing the graduates with recent developments in their field of interest through regular newsletters and publications
8. Increasing community confidence in the college programs and  graduates

Tasks and Duties

1. Organizing training programs on the request of the graduates making use of the experience of the graduates who work at different institutions
2. Preparing a list of the labor market needs
3. Building a database of the college graduates and their different specialties
4. Building a database of job providers and the available job opportunities
5. Coordinating with the graduates unit at the university level
6. Building partnerships with the businessmen and civil community institutions to facilitate the recruitment of the college graduates
7. Organizing an annual forum to discuss the problems facing the college graduates
8. Creating a newsletter to highlight graduates activities, their academic and literary production and current events in their fields of interest
9. Measuring the graduates satisfaction with the college program in light of their work experience
10. Participating at the preparation of the college annual report
