 The Arabic Language Department offers a bachelor’s program in the Arabic language, and a master’s program in the literature and language tracks. It also includes a unit for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, and it aims to prepare scientific competencies in the fields of the Arabic language, and to contribute to the development of society and the strengthening of its Arab and Islamic identity, and the establishment of scientific research faculties. And meeting the needs of the labor market.

In addition to this, the department seeks to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership and the comprehensive renaissance it seeks in accordance with the ambitious 2030 vision, which indicated that the Arabic language is part of the components of the Saudi national identity.
