Vision:
Excellence in supervising assessment affairs in terms of accuracy, validity and appropriateness.
Mission:
Conducting examinations on a timely manner each semester, scheduling invigilators, collecting exam papers, and auditing students' score sheets & store them appropriately.
Objectives:
Implementing regulations and systems of examinations, performing duties entrusted to the unit, and developing standards and specifications for item writing of examinations.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the control and forming invigilation schedules for the final examinations.
- Develop an action plan to provide a sufficient number of invigilators for the final examinations.
- Managing the final examinations.
- Coordinating with the academic departments regarding the final examinations.
- Coordinating with other units regarding the assessment process.
- Coordinating with the female campus regarding the final examinations.
- Holding periodic meetings with members of the assessment unit to discuss the progress of examinations.
- Preparing invigilation schedules and supervising final examinations for all students.
- Coordinating with various College parties regarding the final examinations (maintenance administration - security and safety- any other requirements).
- Fully preparation all needs for examinations (answer sheets for various exam types).
- Preparing reports on the final results to be approved by the Dean of the College.
