Council Board:
- The college dean is the advisory council chair.
- The council chooses on its first meeting the council secretary.
- The council meets upon an invitation from the chair at least once a year.
- Council meetings can be held inside or outside the college, and can include outsiders.
- Membership duration is a renewable two-year period.
- Members are given appreciation certificates at the end of the period.
Council objectives:
- Connecting the college outcomes with the market needs in both public and private sectors.
- Achieving communal partnership with NGOs.
- Utilizing national and international experiments in making effective decisions at social level.
- Sharing a number of beneficiary NGOs in guiding the college toward the enhancement of cooperation and partnership.
- Enhancing the relationship between Students and public and private NGOs.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting suggestions regarding visions for the college future.
- Presenting ways to deepen partnership between the college and national and international NGOs.
- Contributing to the development of programs and methods according to the requirements of employment market.
- Contributing to the execution of the college’s strategy.
- Presenting suggestions for concrete and abstract support of the college.
- Contributing to establishing a mechanism for coordination between the college and community sectors to find solutions for social problems.
- Suggesting ways to provide funds for developmental projects in the college.
