About the Unit:
The unit is concerned with following up and easing the integration of its graduates in the already competitive labor market. Also, UGA helps provide scientific and practical help to promote the graduates skills. In addition, UGA maintains a state of perpetual and firm contact with the graduates, so that their graduation is not the end of their relationship with the college and the university.

Academic Advising Unit
About the unit
The student guidance is the incubator and helps the student in creating the educational environment in support of his positive behavior, helps the student to adapt and actively integrate in activities and events that take place inside and outside the college, by finding the best and most appropriate solutions to overcome academic, psychological or behavioral problems, Or social, that may be exposed to the student and reflected negatively on his performance, and achieve academic achievement expected. The Vision, mission and aims of the unit are as follows:

To raise the level of academic, behavioral, vocational and educational students to achieve an effective relationship between the students and the university.
Objectives:
- Develop students' talents and creativity.

Examination Unit
About the Unit:
The examination unit at the College of Computer and Information Sciences works to improve the teaching process by ensuring efficient schedules that meets the quality standards and by the management of pioneering and distinguished exams.
Vision:
Providing technical services that respond to quality standards by conducting both exams and study process on efficient scientific basics.
Mission:
The examination unit at the College of Computer and Information Sciences seeks to professionally manage the academic process in a way that contributes to ensure leading and high qualified study outcomes.
Objectives:
• Scheduling lectures efficiently in order to improve the teaching process and to raise the performance efficiency of the college.
• Organizing the examination process by scheduling exams, establishing exam committees and following-up them to ensure that exams are conducted smoothly and under discipline.
• Reaching the highest rates to measure student achievement.
• Overcoming the difficulties faced by students during exams by providing an environment that suits the students' psychological and educational needs.
• Managing exams, including exams ‘documenting tasks and daily exams’ reports.
Duties:
• Preparing timetables in accordance with the regulations approved by the Standing Committee for Schedules.
• To organize the testing process through the development of schedules, the preparation and supervision of test committees to ensure the conduct of tests easily.
• Support the academic departments to achieve the highest rates of accessing educational achievement of students.
• Submit periodic reports on the progress of tests and remarks being observed during tests.

About the Unit:
The Student Affairs Unit carries out the tasks related to the undergraduate students on the following subjects: excuses, re-registration, granting of opportunity, complaint, grievance, deprivation lists, student issues committee, sports and cultural activities.
Vision:
To achieve leadership and excellence in providing services and support to students with high quality and accuracy with respect to the vision, mission and objectives of the college and university. Promotes student work to the highest levels, enrich the students cultural, intellectual and social, and sports activities.
Mission:
contribute to the preparation of distinguished cadres, through the investment of leisure time and support, motivate the outstanding talents, develop the spirit of positive and participation, and promote belonging to the homeland and adherence to Islamic norms and values.

E-learning and Distance Education Unit
About the Unit:
E-learning and Distance Education unit was established by an administrative decision to support the development of educational process which the university witnessed in general and the college in particular, through the implementation of the latest means of e-learning and distance learning adopted in the best universities of the world.
Accelerated progress in e-learning and distance education has made information technology a very important means of advancing education through modern methods and is necessary to facilitate learning for those who wish and help them achieve their goals even with distance. E-learning is a great contribution to the development of the educational system. The e-learning and distance learning unit was established to provide technical and moral support to students in College of Computers and information Sciences. The vision, mission and objectives of the Unit are summarized as follows:

Achieving leadership and excellence in the e-learning system and distance learning.
Mission:
Activate the role of e-learning and distance education in the development of the educational process according to the latest technical principles to achieve quality standards.
Objectives:
1- Activating the system of e-learning and distance education in college
2- To spread the culture of e-learning among the members of society through the establishment of workshops and training courses.
3- Activating e-learning among students in electronic, integrated or regular courses.
4- Activating e-learning among faculty members to keep abreast of progress in this modern technology.
5 - Ensure the members of the faculty to access the system of e-learning and distance education

Duties:
- Preparation of the strategic plan of the unit.
- Providing technical support to faculty members in the faculty.
- Dissemination of e-learning culture among faculty members and students through seminars, workshops and so on.
- Provide training courses for students to enable them to use the e-learning system in cooperation with the Deanship of e-learning and distance education at the university.
- Follow-up faculty members and periodic reports on the extent of activation of each member of the system of e-learning.
- Follow up on contemporary developments in e-learning and seek to benefit from them.
- Preparation of a quarterly report on what was accomplished during the semester, including the evaluation of electronic courses on the Blackboard.
- Raise the assessments of faculty members at the end of each semester to the Deanship of e-learning.

Post Graduate Unit
About the Unit
As an independent higher education institution, the College of Computer and Information sciences aims to be a destination for students and scientists who aimed to succeed in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. The role of the Postgraduate Unit in the College is to establish and deliver a high quality postgraduate programmers for the different areas in the computer science, computer engineering, and information. Research is considered as an important role of the Postgraduate Unit. The research in the college can be carried out as individual research, research within a team or within a research projects and it should play a substantial role in enriching the scientists within the college learning experience by broadening and deepening the experience of the college and enhancing the curriculum for staff as well as the students.
Vision
The College of Computer and Information Sciences should be a platform for postgraduate students and a leading College for the development of the academic process for postgraduate studies.
Mission
Continuous development of scientific research and graduate programs at the college and providing service to postgraduate students, and faculty members.
Objectives:
