Under the supervision of His Excellency Dr. Fahid Mazyad Al-Anazi, Head of the Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Unit at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Al-Qurayyat, in cooperation with the Student Activities Committee, the unit organized a scientific lecture entitled: How to get your research paper published in ISI and SCOPUS, presented by His Excellency Dr. Abdul Basit Muhammad Al-Asbali, Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences, where he started the lecture by thanking the attendance of fellow faculty members, followed by an explanation of the methods of writing the scientific paper, indicating the basic elements such as the introduction, research methods, review of previous studies, the result and analysis, then discussion, recommendations and writing scientific references Then he presented a definition of the publication requirements in ISI and SCOPUS, and explained the similarities and differences between them, and then concluded the lecture with advice for researchers to follow before sending their research for publication, which is to identify the conditions of publication and communicate with reviewers until the amendment is completed before publication.
