- Media documentation and coverage of all events and occasions offered by the college.
- Effective communication with the Department of Public Relations and University Media at the university.
- Support the departments and committees of the college in the media in the implementation of events and activities through the preparation of media of all kinds.
- Good preparation for receiving guests and visitors to the college and informing them of its facilities.
- Making arrangements for celebrations, festivals and exhibitions in which the college participates.
- Carrying out the tasks entrusted to it by His Excellency the Dean of the College.
- Submitting recommendations to His Excellency the Dean of the College on a regular basis from the date of the start of the work of the committee.
