- Raising awareness of the culture of international rankings of universities.

-Communicating with the providers of international rankings of universities and publishers and obtain the necessary information needed for international rankings of universities. 

- Preparing a logical framework for qualifying the university to participate in international rankings.

- Benchmarking the University's performance in local and international universities according to the main performance indicators.

- Providing feedback to the leadership of the university and providing advice and consultation regarding:               

  • How to improve the ranking of the university.
  • Analyzing the future of the university's ranking and foreseeing it in international rankings.
  • Developing strategies required to improve the University's performance to enhance its position in the international rankings.

- Finishing the removal of all technical and administrative obstacles that delay the activation of administrative, financial and academic procedures.

- Finishing the activation of all the work procedures of the university which are developed electronically.

- Completing the correction of all inaccurate data and information in the administrative, financial and academic systems.

- Completion of introducing and updating the data of the control systems of repository, housing, movement, transport and other related entities and reporting the necessary requirements for work to take the consent of the authority.

- Activation and testing of all work entities of the university in accordance with the related work developed procedures.

- Activation of the program of (Business Intelligence) developed by the University.
