Goals
Goal:
1. Success in the implementation of the strategic plan of the University by not less than 85%
Objectives:
1.1 Prepare and develop the strategic and operational plan of the University and its various sectors.
1.2 Coordination among the different sectors of the university in relation to the implementation of plans, solving problems and overcoming the difficulties facing implementation
1.3 Develop and develop an electronic program to follow up the strategic plan.
1.4 Prepare periodic, annual and final reports of plans.
1.5 Publishing the strategic plan of the university between the internal and external beneficiaries.
1.6 Developing the capabilities of the university staff in the field of strategic planning.
