  5. Observing attendance and punctuality of the university employees
  6. Preparing periodical follow-up reports on the activities of the university units and and submitting them to the concerned bodies .
  7. Follow-up of the maintenance work in the university facilities and report any observations on the overall landscape.
  8. Ensuring the best use of university facilities.
  9. Participating in the investigation committees set for looking at any violations and infringes
  10. Cooperating with following-up and investigation units
